CUSTOMER’S AND END USER’S OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
NXCORPORATE OÜ and the Buyer are aware that any trade may be subject to local and international sanctions, restrictions, and regulations.
In view of the foregoing, the Buyer's representative confirms compliance with applicable trade control regulations and confirms that products will not be exported, re-exported, transferred, sold, or delivered in violation of those rules.
NXCORPORATE OÜ may suspend or terminate cooperation if execution of a transaction could create sanctions exposure or other prohibited consequences.
The Buyer agrees to maintain accurate records, internal controls, and end-user information required for compliance and regulatory review.
The Buyer warrants that goods will not be used for prohibited chemical, biological, nuclear, missile, UAV, or other unlawful end uses.
